Araville Landbase launched the first phase of Araville Farms in February 2023: 65 farms of 3,025 sq. yd. across about 62 acres in Naugaon, Rajasthan, around 45 minutes from Golf Course Extension Road in Gurugram.
The site is about 500 metres off the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway. The plan includes 40-foot landscaped roads with jogging tracks, rainwater harvesting and solar-lit common areas. Prices were not published.
